
Proper attire lets the instructor see the students' body alignment to help give them corrections.
Recreational Classes
What to Wear
Dance Classes:
Students should wear tights, a leotard of their choosing, and the appropriate shoes for each dance class.
All hair should be pulled back out of their face, and no jewelry or watches for safety purposes.
*If there is a special request for a dress code requirement for your dancer, please email the studio to get written approval to wear something outside of dress code.
Tumbling Classes:
Students should wear a leotard and footless, transition, or stirrup tights or other tight fitting clothing - please have bare feet for tumbling classes.

Shoes:
Tots Classes: pink ballet shoes and black patent leather tap shoes (velcro, ribbon, or buckle closures are all acceptable)
Preps Classes: pink ballet shoes, tan slip-on jazz shoes, tan buckle tap shoes
Pre-teen & Teen Classes: pink ballet shoes, tan slip-on jazz shoes, black oxford-style tap shoes with laces
All Tumbling & Acro Classes: bare feet
All Hip Hop Classes: clean, dry sneakers that do not get worn outside
